Return/Cancellation Policy
Please note: Personalized products may not be returned for a refund. All other items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of shipping date. All returned items must remain in new condition. Original shipping costs will not be refunded to the customer and the customer will pay all shipping costs to return the product to American Woodcrafts, LLC and a 20% restocking charge. Once we receive an order, we begin incurring charges associated with that order. If a customer chooses to cancel an order within 24 hours of ordering, cancellation will be available at our discretion. A cancellation fee of 20% will apply. After 24 hours, cancellation is not an option. Gift Certifcates may be used to purchase any item listed on AmericanWoodcrafts.com and are non-refundable. Customer acknowledges that each item purchased from American Woodcrafts is handcrafted and hand painted, as such each item sold is one-of-a-kind and unique. Design and spacing on each project is done at the discretion of the artist. If you have questions regarding our products, designs or materials, please contact us before ordering.
